Wharton So Cal C-Circle bi-monthly meeting

Wharton C-Circle is made up of a small number of Wharton alumni who are CEOs or CEO's direct reports of Southern California-based companies. 

 

We meet the first Wednesday evening of every second month (in a convenient location to LA and OC) and share best practices and help each other problem-solve. 

 

Each meeting features a topic chosen by members to allow for more preparation and focus.  Previous topics have included Executive Recruitment and Hiring Hacks and People: Structures and Systems (Setting and Maintaining a Corporate Culture).

 

Membership is by application only.  To be considered for membership, please apply here.  At a minimum, members must have held the title of CXO in a company with revenues >$2MM in the past two years.  Regional Presidents, Managing Directors, and other officers with P&L responsibility will also be considered.  This is not a group for executives in transition seeking employment opportunities, or for selling your company’s products or services.  All members should be prepared to attend the bi-monthly meetings consistently, to assist in the management of the group, and to be prepared to share information and discuss at the C-Circle meetings.
